Multirack Reallocation

The Newsrack Task Force is finalizing a process for reassigning slots in the multiracks due to publications that either go out of business, or fail to consistently restock their allocated multirack slots. In the near future (September 2009), the Task Force will conduct a lottery to create an ordered list for the assignment of available slots. To be included in the lottery, please make sure your publication, and the appropriate contact person, are on the list here. Anyone who is not included in the lottery and wishes to be included in the allocation process will be placed at the end of the list currently in effect.

We will be addressing the multirack in smaller geographic clusters, south to north, beginning with Adams Street. Please review this page to see likely available slots; we’re also looking for more information regarding publications that may or may not continue publishing. If you have information in this regard, please email brian@newcity.com.

No longer publishing: These are the publications we understand to no longer be publishing in print (some are still online). They are marked on the multirack allocation lists in red.
